Grant calculation
Calculated based on the total of the amounts of funding that the public library received from each participating municipality in the previous year.
3(1) Subject to subsection (2), the operating grant payable to a public library in a fiscal year is determined in accordance with the following formula:

To be included as a participating municipality in the formula in subsection 3(1) for a fiscal year, a municipality must have contributed at least $3.75 per capita of funding to its public library in the preceding calendar year. |
